Corporation Financière Européenne SA is the Luxembourg-based CFE Finance’s top holding company incorporated in 2001, with a current fully paid-up capital of EUR 20 million. 95% of its share capital is owned by CFE Finance’s managers.

Luxembourg is the hub of all CFE Finance’s Corporate Services. In 2019 we decided to take advantage of our expertise to incorporate CFE Advisory Services and to offer Corporate and Advisory Services to our clients.

What we do

In our Luxembourg office we manage the group’s treasury and organize private placements to facilitate funding.

We also carry out financial analysis, structure investments from a financial, legal and fiscal standpoint and organize securitizations through our Luxembourg-based Securitization vehicle “Sovereign Credit Opportunities.”
